Building Appliances

Most homeowners depend on their appliances every day, so most devices are at least partially functional. The appliance connections must be installed correctly, or it can be hazardous. Well-maintained natural gas appliances are less likely to break down and less likely to create dangerous carbon monoxide levels inside the home. Have them inspected annually to maintain peak efficiency and ensure they operate safely.

However, due to the possibility of usage by owners or tenants after the inspection, we highly recommend when a buyer is purchasing a home to ensure the last viewing is set right before the closing date to recheck the appliances.

This will allow less chance of missing any faulty systems.

We check appliances for general condition, correct installation, and functionality. Most homes, condos, and co-ops have various appliances, including a range, refrigerator, microwave oven, oven, dishwasher, washer, dryer, and other appliances. Since running every appliance through every cycle during an inspection is impossible, we are trained to look for signs of potential problems.
